Danielle with BrunoDanielle is a Certified Behavior Consultant and Certified Professional Dog Trainer. She is a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), an associate member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), and an approved American Kennel Club (AKC) Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

Danielle has been training dogs and solving behavior problems for pet owners and local rescue organizations for over a decade. She is passionate about humane training methods grounded in behavioral science and about a hands-on, supportive approach to training and behavior modification programs. With Danielle, you know she’s with you every step of the way.

She stays current on the latest training and behavior modification techniques by regularly attending seminars and workshops given by the leaders in the field such as Dr. Nicholas Dodman, Bob Bailey, Victoria Stilwell, Brenda Aloff, and Dr. Susan Friedman, to name a few. In addition to running her own business, CNY Pet Training & Behavior, Danielle volunteers her time and expertise with the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, where she serves as Vice President, and with Sunshine Friends Therapy Pet Programs, where she serves as President as well as lead evaluator and instructor.  Danielle’s previous board experience includes the CNY SPCA and Spay and Neuter Syracuse.

Danielle lives in Camillus, NY, with her rescue dog, Baxter, and her four rescue cats, Anna, Milla, Soko, and Sebastian.
